About Robert Greene – Owner, Operator
My name is Robert Greene, and I am no stranger to hard work. Born and raised in New England, I’ve been operating heavy equipment and getting the job done since I was eight years old. My grandparents proudly owned and operated a 175-acre farm, as well as a heating oil company, and it wasn’t long before I was put to work. From driving tractors, excavators, and loaders, I didn’t mind jumping in to help out wherever needed.
That hands-on experience continued into my teen years when I began working for my uncle’s excavation company. It was there that I learned the value of treating every job like it was your own business—something that’s stuck with me ever since. After graduating high school, I took on even more responsibility, working for large local landscaping companies while simultaneously taking college courses.
By 2016, I was ready for a new challenge and a change of scenery. I moved to South Florida and took a job as a dockhand at a local dry storage marina. It didn’t take long for the company to see my potential. I was quickly promoted to forklift operator and then to Yard Operations Manager. Over the next eight years, I grew tremendously in that role, gaining leadership experience and sharpening my skills across the board.
Watching the rapid growth in the greater Fort Lauderdale area, I realized it was time to expand my own reach and services. That’s when RFGII Logistics was born.
With RFGII Logistics, my mission is to serve the community through a hands-on, creative, and cost-effective approach. Whether it’s equipment operation, small landscape projects, or general service needs, I bring years of real-world experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others. I truly look forward to working with you and bringing your next project to life.
